Implementation of innovation

  • To establish vision
    • To establish mid- and long-term vision for innovation aiming at systematic and efficient management of institutes.
  • Innovation learning
    • To reinforce competence in members' innovative abilities by requiring executives, officers, and staff, who are the core of innovation, to practice innovation learning in order to systematically implement and spread innovation.
  • Institutionalization of innovation and results of innovation
    • To enhance management system of institution and service quality by establishing a system for implementing innovation in an efficient way.
    • To establish a responsible management system for research institutes through regular monitoring as set forth by the implementation plan for managing innovation of the NRCS and research institutes.

Management of rules and enhancement of system

  • Proposed system rules are established and enacted to encourage and develop creative and practical suggestions by NRCS and research institute staff and apply these suggestions to NRCS policy to promote and improve business.
  • Training and education rules are established and enacted to cultivate the knowledge and competence required for NRCS staff to efficiently conduct their jobs.
  • Rules to appraise staff performance are established and enacted to secure fairness and transparency in managing human resources by introducing and implementing a multi-lateral evaluation system.
